HOW TO CREATE YOUR UNIQUE FRAME ONLINE
Design your frame with our online custom framing tool. Our easy-to-use process helps you by showing your image with your moulding and matting selections to visualise your finished frame. Your custom frame will be delivered to you assembled and ready to hang.
- SIZE: Start by providing your photograph or artworks size. Either choose from a standard size or enter the width and height of your image in cm.
TIP: Upload your image to see your artwork come alive while experimenting with different framing options. This allows you to view how your final framed masterpiece will look. - FRAME: Choose your frame from hundreds of options. Frame choices are sorted by colour to help you find your perfect frame quickly and easily.
TIP: You can experiment with as many mouldings as you like and your chosen frame can be changed any time before you click ‘Add to cart’. - MAT: Select your mat options. You can choose from none, a single or double mats in a variety of colours and your desired size.:
TIP: While matting is optional, our acid-free mats not only compliment your frame and artwork but also conserve as they keep your image away from the glass. Without a mat, over time a chemical reaction may occur between your image and the glass resulting in damage to your artwork. -
FINISHES: Pick your glass and backing options. Framing industry standard is 2mm clear glass which is light-weight and protects your image from dust and marks. You may wish to select Non-Reflective Glass however if you require a matte finish and wish to minimise glare when hanging in a particularly sunny or well-lit area. We also provide Perspex If you are concerned about accidental glass breakage when hanging in a high-traffic area or around children. Custom frames are made with flexible backing closures which allows you to easily open the frame yourself at home.
TIP: You can choose between an adhesive or non-adhesive backing. An adhesive backing will provide a professional framing result where your artwork is stuck down, holding your image in perfect position for years to come. If you have a limited-edition print, original artwork or valuable item you may wish to select a non-adhesive backing should you wish to take it out of the frame at a later stage. All our backing options are acid-free to conserve your framed item. -
PRINTING: You can upload a digital image and select printing options and we will print and insert your image into your finished custom frame.
TIP: The better the image quality, the better your finished frame will look. We suggest uploading an image of at least 300 DPI but don’t worry if you aren’t sure what that means. We test all uploads against your desired print size to ensure your print will look vivid and crisp and will contact you if there is an issue with your image quality prior to printing. -

We ship Australia wide within 2-4 days from the day we receive your order. We also do urgent orders – Same day / Next day service by request. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days if you are not satisfied with the quality of our framing products. We will refund the full price of the product only.
Hanging Information
Metal Hangers
Metal hangers as pictured below, are used for smaller frames with MDF backing (usually 18x24 inches or less). We generally supply them in both directions for hanging unless noted otherwise. They work with most types of screws, nails or picture framing hooks that you can use on walls.
D-Rings + String
We use a strong picture framing grade string and d-rings screwed into the frame for larger frames or when foamcore backing is used (approx larger than 18x24 inches). Please be sure to order your frames in the correct orientation (portrait or landscape) as this is the direction the string is attached. We recommend hanging the frames with at least two fixing points on the wall.
