Returns are only applicable if a request is made in writing within 24 hours of receiving the item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please send us an email at email@example.com and include your name, order number and the details of why you need to return it for a refund/exchange. We will get back to your ASAP!
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed through PayPal or bank transfer within Ten business days.
If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Refund is not applicable on framing orders as this product are made on order, please make sure you check your order before placing it.
We do not offer exchanges on framing products as they are made on order.
We are happy to exchange or send a credit note for other products as long as it is notified in writing within 24 hours (customer will pay for postage and handling and a 10% fee for restocking will be charged).

Postage and Handling
Shipments will take approximately 5 to 10 business days within Australia and longer times for other countries, but these are just estimates so please be patient with us while waiting for your order!
(During busy seasons couriers are sometimes delayed.)
We ship items daily Monday to Friday so if something does happen during the shipping process we will always keep in contact with you throughout each stage from beginning until end.
The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes OFF THE WALL to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that OFF THE WALL may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor. The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.
Returned packages that is not the fault of the sender can be resent at the expense of the customer. Refunds for returned packages that is not the fault of the sender will be issued in full less the expense of the shipping costs incurred by the sender.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tracking shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance as we do not take responsibility for damage during transit, we hire the best possible courier however accidents do happen.
In case of damaged product you must contact the courier directly within 24 hours by writing and CC OFF THE WALL to keep record and help in the unfortunate event that this may happen.
OFF THE WALL does not guarantee that it will arrive as it left our shop as it is handled by an standard courier.
